Nevada Statewide Ballot Questions
Voters approved or rejected these three propositions, two of which involve taxation and one that will affect Nevada's judicial system, with either a Yes or No vote.
- Question 1 - Yes or No. Establish a Nevada Court of Appeals.
- Question 2 - Yes or No . Amend the state constitution to remove the cap on mining taxation.
- Question 3 - Yes or No . This measure would implement a 2% tax on business gross revenues of $1 million or more, minus legal deductions. Knows as the Margins Tax. Funds to be used for the public school system.
