Reno Rainbow Fest - July 8 - 9, 2011

Reno, NV - Reno Rainbow Fest (RRF) has teamed-up with Artown to enhance the month-long festival in 2011.

Saturday's day long celebration will be held by the scenic Truckee River under the cool shade trees of Wingfield Park where you will experience exclusive exhibitors and specialty food items that will tempt your taste buds. To add to your already full gayla weekend, a new event has been added on Saturday for your family's total experience. Climb a mountain and bungee jump in "Children's Journey in Rainbowland" that will bring children young and old, near and far to experience.

River Walk Wine Walk - Visit the historic Lake Mansion

The Riverwalk Merchant's Association is pleased to bring you Wine Walk on the Riverwalk, the third Saturday of every month from 2 PM - 5 PM. Customers can purchase a MAP and WINE GLASS for $20 and taste over a dozen different wines at merchants throughout the River Walk. VSA Arts of Nevada will also be open to the public during each wine walk for those who are interested in the Lake Mansion, volunteers from HRPS (Historic Reno Preservation Society) will be available for a mini-tour of the historic mansion.
